We will accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent an incorrect item. Upon receiving returned items, Azee Beauty reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Custom orders and Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
With the original receipt, price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and marked down within 7 days of receiving your package.
A credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Include the packing slip or a copy of the transaction with your return.
Please ship your return or exchange via a traceable method like UPS, FEDEX, or Insured USPS (United States Postal Service), and keep the return tracking number until you receive your refund. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receipt. Azee Beauty will notify you via the email listed on your order when the refund has been processed. Note that your bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
